Gold has hit 3000 USD with India prices of Gold almost touching 90k.

India retail inflation was at 7-month lows at 3.61% giving further impetus for rate cuts.

• As slowdown fears increase and inflation reduces, a clear trade of declining interest rates seems imminent.

• As we have been iterating, the extent of the fall is unknown, however, we currently believe that the bottom of the markets is either formed or will form over the next 3 months and hence a great time for equity accumulation (We have moved our stance from very defensive funds to moderate/moderately aggressive funds.
